How it Works

The first step is for us to identify you as one of the categories of investor we can deal with.

Take a look at the investor categories here.

Choose the one that is correct and follow the instructions (two categories, those of Elective Professional and Retail (restricted), require short questionnaires to be completed).

Once categorised, we will send you login details to the website.

You can then login and view the investment opportunies in detail.

In your own time, you can choose to invest.

The investment process is simple: you choose the amount you want to invest, and once confirmed, you will be sent the appropriate document to sign electronically through Adobe Sign.

If it is the first time you are investing through us, you will also be asked to provide proof of ID and address at the same time as signing.

Once you have provided this paperwork (through Adobe Sign), you will be emailed to be asked to make payment (a bank transfer).

Once payment is received, you will be notified by email, and the investment will become visible on your profile page, together with any appropriate documentation (for example, counter-signed agreements, certificates etc.)

On a regular basis, you will receive updates on your investment by email, and these will also be made availalbe to you on your profile page.

You will also be notified both by email and on your profile page of any returns that are due (for example coupon payments), and again when payment of the returns are made.
